Terms of Service

OutsScale ("we", "us") provides an intent-based B2B outbound tool that surfaces buying signals, scores leads, and generates outreach drafts. These terms govern your use of outsscale.com and the OutsScale application.

You must provide accurate information and keep your account secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. One person per seat; don’t share logins.

Use OutsScale for legitimate business outreach only. You may not use it to send spam, harass individuals, violate applicable email and messaging laws (including CAN-SPAM and GDPR/PECR rules in your jurisdiction), or resell lead data.

Outreach drafts are suggestions — you review and send them. You are responsible for the messages you send and for complying with the platforms you send them on.

The free trial lasts 7 days and requires no credit card. Paid plans are billed via Dodo Payments and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from the customer portal; access continues to the end of the paid period.

All plans include a 7-day money-back guarantee.

You retain ownership of the configuration and content you provide. We retain ownership of the service, including signal processing, scoring, and generated infrastructure.

Lead and signal data is provided "as is" from licensed and public sources; we work to keep it accurate but do not guarantee completeness or fitness for a particular outcome.

OutsScale is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

You can stop using OutsScale and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where practical.

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced by email or in-app. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
