1. What we collect
Account information: your name, email address, and authentication details when you sign up (via magic link or Google OAuth).
Product configuration: the ideal customer profile, competitors, and product description you provide during onboarding so we can find relevant signals for you.
Usage data: how you use the product (pages viewed, features used) to improve OutsScale.
Billing information: payments are processed by our payment provider (Dodo Payments). We never store your card details on our servers.
2. Lead and signal data
OutsScale surfaces business contact information and public buying signals (job changes, hiring activity, public engagement, company news) sourced from licensed data providers and public sources such as job boards.
We do not scrape LinkedIn, and we do not use cookie-based automation on your accounts.
Signal data is business-context information about companies and professional roles, used solely to help you identify relevant business opportunities.
3. How we use your data
To operate the service: finding leads that match your profile, generating outreach drafts, and sending you digest emails you opt into.
To improve the product: aggregate, de-identified usage analytics.
We do not sell your personal data. We do not share your account data with third parties except the service providers required to run OutsScale (hosting, database, email delivery, payments, AI processing).
4. AI processing
Outreach drafts and "Why Now" summaries are generated using third-party AI models (Anthropic Claude). The signal context needed to generate a draft is sent to the AI provider for processing; it is not used to train their models under our commercial terms.
5. Data retention and deletion
We retain your account data while your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing hello@outsscale.com — we will complete the deletion within 30 days.
6. Security
Data is stored with industry-standard providers (Supabase/Postgres) with encryption in transit and at rest. Access to production data is limited and audited.
