Most outbound fails for one reason: you’re reaching people who aren’t buying. At any given moment, the vast majority of your market has no active need, no budget conversation, no trigger. Spray-and-pray gets ~1% replies not because the emails are bad — because the timing is.
OutsScale flips the order. Instead of starting from a list and hoping, it starts from buying signals: a VP of Sales who just changed jobs, a company that posted five SDR roles in three weeks, a CTO engaging publicly with the exact problem you solve, a buyer following your competitor. When a signal fires, you get the lead, a 0–100 intent score, a plain-English “Why Now” brief, and outreach drafted from the actual signal — the week they go warm, not the month after.
Two principles guide how we build:
- Evidence over volume. Every lead comes with receipts — which signals fired, when, and why they matter. If we can’t explain why someone is warm, we don’t show them to you.
- Safe by design. Signal data comes from licensed data providers and public sources. We don’t scrape LinkedIn or run cookie-based automation that puts your accounts at risk — we’re the anti-spam intent company, and we act like it.
