Methodology
Sources. SEC EDGAR full-text search over Form D filings (a Form D is the official notice of an exempt securities offering — i.e. a fundraise) and Google News.
Method. Each week we sweep the past 7 days of Form D filings across technology sector keywords, drop obvious investment vehicles (funds, SPVs, feeders) by name, then search for funding-related press coverage of each remaining company from the same period. Companies with zero results are listed here as quiet raises.
Caveats. A Form D confirms a raise exists but not its full terms; the coverage check is best-effort and English-language. Treat the list as a starting point, not a verdict.
